Shipping and Returns

Shipping

Products generally ship in 3-8 business days. Typically USPS will be the carrier. Occasionally UPS Ground may be used.
We cannot deliver to a PO Box.

 

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To process your return:
-Send an email to contact@tattooweracompany.com
-Include your order number, the item(s) being returned, and the email address you used to place the order
-Mail your product to: 300 Cass Avenue, Mt. Clemens, Michigan, United States
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, you must return the unwanted items and place a new order for the wanted items.

 

Defective or Damaged Products

If there’s an issue with your product, please start your claim by sending an email to contact@tattoowearcompany.com. You’ll need your order number and the email address you used to place the order. Attach photos of the issue along with pertaining details. We will use this information to look into a replacement or refund and prevent future errors.
-You must submit a claim within 14 days of the delivery date.
-Shipping and handling fee are not refundable. Refund will be processed only for the unit price that applies for refund.
